Manage pymasmovil exception for incomplete order-items or accounts

  • Support both portabilities and new phone number registrations
  • Catch NewLineRequestRequiredParamsError and AccountRequiredParamsError from pymasmovil correctly
  • Format the catalan strings to avoid multiple spaces in the sentences in OTRS.
