Update calls to OTRS with new service class

Administrator requested to merge update-otrs-calls into master

All article petitions to OTRS that inform about a succesful process use now UpdateProcessTicketWithProvisioningInformation.py, whereas all errors keep using UpdateProcessTicketWithMMError.py.

Also, send whole asset to its OTRS ticket and not just its id.

This MR will fail until https://gitlab.com/coopdevs/otrs-somconnexio/-/merge_requests/80 is merged and published in a new version
