Add one shot bonds task

  • Commit 1: Fulfill task "add_one_shot_bonds"

This task calls Asset method "add_one_shot_additional_bond" Add model "OneShotAdditionalBonds" and exception "OneShotAdditionalBondNotFoundException" Update transaction_id following the correlative numbering

  • Commit 2: Fill DB table api_oneShotAdditionalBonds

  • Commit 3: Update transaction_id from tests following the new correlative numbering
