Search MM accounts by NIF instead of id

Administrator requested to merge changed/get-MM-account-by-VAT-and-not-by-ID into master

Use new method from Pymasmovil Account.get_by_NIF instead of searching it by an ID retrieved from OTRS preferences

Update tests
