Feature/allow define opencell data logs postgres data paths

Administrator requested to merge feature/allow-define-opencell-data-logs-postgres-data-paths into master

We have to define different paths for the biggest data directories of the OC infra:

  • OpenCell filesystem
  • Postgresql data
  • OpenCell logs

This change allows us to use volumes to move these big files and keep more free space in the main volume.
