Enable metabase BI in OC and Keycloak DBs

Administrator requested to merge feature/create-bi-user-keycloak-db into master

We modify the tasks of BI to add access to the DB using Metabase.

  • Create DB user with read only permissions to keycloak and opencell dbs.
  • Bind docker DB port with an external port.
  • Add firewall rules to allow TCP calls from Metabase IP.
