Monitoring - Add Node exporter

Administrator requested to merge monitoring/add-node-exporter into master

  1. Add NodeExporter to the OC hosts.

Using the role https://github.com/cloudalchemy/ansible-node-exporter we can expose the metrics only to the localhost.

  1. Configure NGINX to access the metrics with a BA.
