Update inventories with monitoring and improve some logic

Administrator requested to merge update-inventories-monitoring-new-vms into master

Monitoring

  • fix monitoring authentication
  • fix error with jinja conditionals at docker-compose.yml
  • add monitoring to production instance
  • add basic auth vars to secrets file example
  • change nginx template. Reverse proxy to monitoring apps only if monitoring enabled

Other

  • add SMTP config vars and global switch, that defaults to false
  • change firewall role. Wrap it to restart docker afterwards
