Update war docker template version

Administrator requested to merge update-war-docker-template-version into master

Update the versions of:

  • Docker OpenCell image: From 7.2.1 to 8.0.0

In this new image we can set the vars needed to use the TLS/SSL encryption to send mails. https://opencell.assembla.com/spaces/somconnexio-440/support/tickets/47

  • OpenCell WAR: From 7.2.1 to 7.3.0

Fix some errors in the billing process. https://opencell.assembla.com/spaces/somconnexio-440/support/tickets/49

  • Invoice Template project: From v0.0.3 to v0.1.0

Use the last XML model data and fix the first OC SomConnexió invoice template.
