Add new playbook to clean a instance

Administrator requested to merge feature/clean-empty-instance-playbook into master

This new playbook remove all the PostgreSQL and OpenCell data and remove the containers. After executes the deploy role.

At the end of the execution, the playbook leave the instance as a new/empty instance.
