Improve backups

Administrator requested to merge improve_backups into master
  • Add important files to save
  • Keep more snapshots

Regarding the 2d point, currently we are keeping snapshots between 2 weeks and 1 month old. This is risky. With an extra monthly step, we will keep at least 3 month old snapshots, between 3 and 4 months.
