Refactor internet ticket classes

Administrator requested to merge refactor/internet_ticket-article-and-dynamci_fields into master

Before starting to add new DynamicFields to the Internet tickets (ADSL and Fiber) we need to refactor it and separate the DynamciFields class and the Article class, like with the Mobile.

The objective of this refactor is:

  • Extract class tho manage the Article and DynamicFields of ADSLTicket and FiberTicket.
  • Fix the FiberTicket name. Before we use FibreTicket.
  • Cover with tests the Internet provision process (the ticket creation).
