Add coverage fields to internet ticket

Administrator requested to merge add-coverage-fields-to-internet-ticket into master

Add the coberturaADSL, coberturaFibraMM and coberturaFibraVdf dynamic fields to the Internet Ticket.

These fields report to OTRS the coverage availability of a change contract address order.
