Turn off the DF "enviarProxy" when sending articles

Administrator requested to merge send-df-end-to-proxy-false into master

Once the somconnnexio-mm-proxy has proccessed the ticket and called the services from these packages to send an article to the involved ticket, we want its "enviarProxy" DF to be back to false.
