The values stored from caldav should be at the server's timezone, like
all other timestamps of openerp. We accept any timezone in the iCalendar
files, we export our (server's) timezone by default.

An ETag should refer to the requested uri, so a Location header will
render it invalid anyway. Gnome's evolution has an if-else block that
first checks ETag and then Location.
