[FIX] *: update documentation links Following the recent reorganisation of the documentation in 12.0+, the majority of the documents have been moved and their old links are no longer valid. Some redirection rules will soon be deployed, but those rules might be dropped in some years and we want the links to still work, which is why we still replace the links to the new ones.

Before this commit, Installation Steps and developer tutorials were
referenced for the master version instead of the current one.  In this
commit, the references are corrected.

Remove old bazar to git (was intended for the 8.0)

Remove outdated setup_dev script: it was intended for odoo developers but if you
are not able to make a git clone, you are going to have a bad time later.

The use of an entry point was considered in order to provide
an `odoo` command in the path for the packages users, but the
generated entry point will first check that all the things in
install_requires were provided in a not bright way: it'll check
that it matches a distribution name. This does not work because
python-chart does not have the distrubtion name "pychart" which
is provided by the python-pychart package in debian jessie. Same
for suds-jurko which is provided by python-suds in debian stretch
but does not have the distribution name "suds".

Also, adapted the  packages tests to these cli changes.

and move it under the setup package. Since the rename of the
openerp directory into odoo, having a script named "odoo.py"
conflicts with a package named "odoo".
